So i recently bought a stingray kit from got vapes. First off let me say this kit is great. I have a 6v copper for home but cant bring it to work so I needed something that wouldnt be a big deal if it got broke/stolen (this acually happened to a mega 510 batt with a clearo on it). When the kit arrived one of the batts wouldnt activate. I opened a ticket at ivape and it was resolved withen a couple hours. They diddn't even ask me to return ship the doa one. Since they knew some of the batts were coming back doa I wasnt just one of the maggots out there trying to hustle free .... out of small mom and pop shops. the new batt arrived a couple days later fully charged and tested, and has been trouble free since. The 360mah batts last through a twelve hour shift in a warehouse where i can vape as i please so all and all a great purchase from a great company. I would definately recommend both got vapes and the stingray to anyone who likes the 510 but hates the batt life constraints and doesnt care for the bulk of the ego for an on the go pv.

It kinda refreshing to read a post about someone having a problem with a vendor that is resolved promptly and everyone is happy.

Too many people get an defective item and Before even contacting the vendor, they jump on the ECF and start Flaming away. And even if the Vendor resolves the problem, they never come back and make a follow up post.
