I had two Buds, then they came out with the Sapphires, a upgrade to the Bud as I understand it. Got two of those,wife to be loved them, they worked just fine! Now I ordered two more, to stock up on them,and these were trash! They leaked and would not stop, they stayed flooded. Sent Got vapes a email about it. They gave me some suggestions to try, none of them worked. I sent them a email back telling them it did not work. Even offered to send them back, or make a video to show them what was going on. Now haveing four of these type of tanks before I think I know how they work. Also I never had a problem before with them. Maybe a factory fault? I dont know, all I know is I have not heard a word back from them in a week. So it would seem I am out of two Sapphires and my money. Daniel was the one I was emailing, and if there is a problem with them, I was willing to over look it. But I was not even told sorry! I have even emailed bad kolo on ECF, no word back from him either. I did not expect to be ignored because I had a complaint. So is this how they treat their costomers with a problem? I dont want anything from Got Vapes if this is the way they treat there customers. Seeing that they did not want to talk to me I figuared I might as well share my experence with them, so that others may know what to expect if they had a problem with anything they got from Got Vapes. Our apologies that you feel neglected. As you said, you sent us a email & we responded with suggestions. And again, our apologies that our suggestions didn't solve your problems.

We receive hundreds of communications every day and attempt to respond to 100% of initial contacts - as in your case. The difficulty arises when some people expect a running dialogue for their specific issue(s). We simply cannot maintain "conversations" with the volume of people contacting us.

Many of our customers find conversational support, suggestions, solutions, remedies, and alternatives in our Sub-Forum in the Suppliers section here on ECF, from Dan, myself, and GV customers with product experience across the various lines we sell. It's an excellent resource for GV customers. It's unfortunate that you didn't explore that avenue prior to posting this negative review, but that may be due to your inexperience here on ECF.

As we continue to grow, we continue to look at the possibility of a full time CS rep to do nothing except handle CS. As yet, this isn't possible... and we do the best we can.

Once again, our apologies that our initial response was inadequate to your needs, and further apologies that we didn't maintain the conversation to your satisfaction.

I do remeber telling you to please go to igotvapes.com so you can be handled properly and that i would send you a pack to solve your issues, not sure why you havent done so.

As you can see Badcolo I did indeed do as you ask to resolve this problem. What I dont understand is how you can say I did nothing? If you will check the time stamp on my ticket (below) compared to your reply to me I am wondering why you did not check to see if I did anything? I submitted my ticket at 1:18am and you submitted your reply at 3:18 pm...now who did what first? As for me being inexperience on this forum, you are right. But the point, and the fact, still is as long as I was asking questions and buying items from GV I had no problems in getting a responce. Once I came across a problem that stopped. I have had two of the Buds, and two Sapphires before these two with no problems. So I would say that I think I know how to use them and how they should act while in use.
What seems to be 'unfortunate', as you say, is that I had to come to ECF to get a responce, and hope for a soluation for what has happen. It also seems 'unfortunate' that if one looks at the other posts here on this thread, GV's name seems to pop up quit a bit. But because of my 'inexperience' of taking care of these matters and ECF did you expect anything else?
Now, if you dont mind I would like to keep this on a professional level and stop this play on words and try to come to an agreement. Below is a copy of the ticket I submitted as to save you the trouble of looking it up.

I was emailing Daniel about some faulty Sapphires that I had recieved and have not heard anything from him in awhile. Badcolo,from the ECF told me to submit a ticket here about them. When I recieved them they would flood to no end and not stop dripping. I have owned two Buds and two Sapphires before and have not had this problem. The last email I recieved from you listed things to check to help correct the problem but none worked. I replied back with no responce. So I am hoping to hear back from you by this ticket system. and as I told you once your ticket is submitted so its on record I will get to it, cant ship out at 3 in the morning, Now like I said You where original handled, and there is no returns, so at that point there wasnt much more for us to do, but I told you not to worry and you would be handled and I would send you out a pack after you went to igotvapes.com, then i wake up to this thread today where you posting here negatively about us.

SO not sure what you expect me to do at this point while you are here complaining about us. I spoke to you back and fourth and I did my best to help you out with the information I had, you never gave me your information so there is only so much i can do until you got your ticket which you did and thank you for that.

Let me know how to proceed so you can be helped out.

Well let me see...if you will check your time stamp on your reply on sending me replacements, which was 11-13-2011, 08:00 PM....then check your time stamp on your 'unfortunate and inexperience' post above...i think that you will need to point the finger at yourself and ask yourself that question, then you will have your answer. So...do you want to try that one again?!?!? ROTFLMAO!!!

Now for the rest of your post. Did I ask you to ship at 3 in the morning? No, so what was your point with that? I know you do not take returns we talked about that...and? I was not worried till I returned to check my posts and to find yours above....now I guess you know how I felt when I seen yours. :)) My information? I just showed that I did indeed used your tickit system, while at the sametime you was saying I did not. Plus I also posted it for you to see, what more do you need? As with most people I expect a vender to stand behind there product. Also, I was waiting to see if any showed up in my mailbox, which takes 4 to 5 days. So i was willing to wait...then I seen your post.
So it boils down to this, you have already stuck your foot in your mouth afew times, I have ask you to keep it professional...and yes I am just as guilty as you for not being able to keep my mouth shut. But we can both shut up and wait and see if I get any replacements, if I do I will say so here on the forum, if not I will say so. Now do you agree or not?

Joe- I had sent some info and suggestions and at this point that is the best we can do. With cartomizers they have a subjective performance depending on the vaper and sometimes they work well and sometimes not quite as well. The best we can do is give advice to help. ON the sapphires you have to make sure you don't press down tooo hard into the fill opening and cause there to be so much pressure that it will flood etc...
