I had two Buds, then they came out with the Sapphires, a upgrade to the Bud as I understand it. Got two of those,wife to be loved them, they worked just fine! Now I ordered two more, to stock up on them,and these were trash! They leaked and would not stop, they stayed flooded. Sent Got vapes a email about it. They gave me some suggestions to try, none of them worked. I sent them a email back telling them it did not work. Even offered to send them back, or make a video to show them what was going on. Now haveing four of these type of tanks before I think I know how they work. Also I never had a problem before with them. Maybe a factory fault? I dont know, all I know is I have not heard a word back from them in a week. So it would seem I am out of two Sapphires and my money. Daniel was the one I was emailing, and if there is a problem with them, I was willing to over look it. But I was not even told sorry! I have even emailed bad kolo on ECF, no word back from him either. I did not expect to be ignored because I had a complaint. So is this how they treat their costomers with a problem? I dont want anything from Got Vapes if this is the way they treat there customers. Seeing that they did not want to talk to me I figuared I might as well share my experence with them, so that others may know what to expect if they had a problem with anything they got from Got Vapes.
