Got Vapes - Should Vendor Policies be engraved in stone.? Opinions anyone?

This is not a bash Got Vapes thread. I'm seeking opinions about what happened and how others would deal with it.

Some say they would take the full blame on themselves, some say that Gotvapes should have done something, it's really interesting to hear the opinions.

I tend to lean towards steering my business else ware. The product was misrepresented and they shipped me product that did not match the description or picture. Since they won't take responsibility than I am going to assume that they are accustomed ,or even do this type of " mistake " intentionally with the knowledge that many customers won't notice or complain. But that's just supposition on my part.

On one side, I understand Got Vapes sticking to policy, on the other I don't think it was right in this situation. There is a case for both sides.

I'm going to side with those that say, I wasn't treated well and I should take my business elseware. Anyone recommend a reliable supplier of Vivi Nova coils?


Plenty of opinions given ...OP made his choice.
