Yeah, Mom!

Moms DO rule! She's probably so happy to see you not smoking that she wants to encourage your new habit.

My mother paid for some of my supplies as well - she's so desperate for me to stop. Unfortunately, she's one of those "if it's too good to be true people" so while she thinks the PVs are less harmful than cigs I don't think she thinks they are that much safer . . .

I too am sorry about your parents outflying and piano . . . I'm always so touched when I see comments like yours especially when they are a long the lines of: "I wish the e-cig was around before my parent(s) died of smoking related illness . . . "

But, hey - yeah let's ban these so more people can bury the people they love too early

Ordered the UU kit and plenty of stuff for my daughter- she'd tried my 18's while visitibg and got dizzed out, so I fixed it. Got this letter yesterday:

"Hi mommy
: )

We got our vapies, and are so very happy. Tom (her husband, also a smoker) and I vaped all last evening, no analogs. I had one with coffee this morning, and then have been vaping since. The elevens are much better for me, and seem to work well for Tom too. He is very impressed with them, and told me to tell you "THANKS!!!!!!" We like the menthols, and I love the choc banana (yum!)

I'll write longer later on. Have some work to do.
LOVE LOVE LOVE
-Jo"

I love being a Mom.

I got some for my son..he's off and on with them, but he loves the flavors! I gave him a mini pipe and adapter he uses at work (bouncer) He says is looks a bit more ..menacing..lol But he loves vaping on a vk batt at home . I bet he is out of cards by now..he passes them out at work.

Piano and Out..I am sorry for your losses. Mom smoked 75 years, had cancer of the lung..but died last year because her Thyroid went south.

Scot, my son is 40 this year..I may have to look up at him, but he's still my kid.

My mom feels the same way. I'm single and live alone, so whenever she 'pops' by she feels it's OK to tell me why I'm still single, etc. BUT she is awesome, she's the one that gave me a love for punk rock and art. For her 63rd birthday she asked me for a new Ramones t-shirt because hers from 1979 was getting a bit tattered....

I took care of my mom while she died of lung cancer, and I still cry. She was a beautiful lady.
And I kept smoking.
Have worked at hospice 11 years, kept smoking.
Now I don't smoke, impossible to believe, and there are plenty of clocks I'd like to turn back.
Big hugs to everyone who passes this little miracle thingie on to family and friends and strangers huddling over cigs outside malls and anybody. I'm not the proselytizing type, and I try to promote lightly, but this item is a lifesaver.

Moms Def rock!!
My Mom lost her voice box from smoking in the late 80's, she fought and beat it and just last year, became very ill...her kidneys failed.
I got tested and matched well, then gave her a kidney in Oct and so far so good!
So glad I found V4L and now I can work on making myself healthier too!
Over a week now and haven't touched a smoke!
Mom loves it and now we are working on getting my pop off cigs and onto e-cigs!
He's been smoking unfiltered Chesterfeild Kings since before I was born!! lol some 41 yrs ago :D
Gratz to all you "non-smokers" I'm sure you all make your Momma's proud!

Hugs. Hospice workers are very special people. I worked in a nursing home for 5 years....went from Housekeeper to Director of Social Services. I miss it badly.

My dad has emphysema. I believe my mother does too, but I don't know if she was actually diagnosed. They both quit smoking immediately and were lucky to have quit early enough that oxygen will probably not be needed. Last time I visited I was still smoking and made on offhand comment to my dad that I really didn't know why I still smoked as I didn't really enjoy it anymore. He said that he understood because he would still love to light one up. This was 8 years after he had quit. That made me feel terrible to smoke around him.

I want to tell them that I have started Vaping......but I really don't want to even Vape around them at this point. Limited income and all and they haven't smoked in so long it would be moot at this point I think. I just wish this thing had come around 20 years ago. I KNOW it would have made a HUGE difference. I understand about those clocks that just won't turn back.

Did I say that I love my folks?
