I lost my mom this past July, and my Dad the year before that...always treasure every moment and don't take them for granted.

Outflying, I am so sorry to hear about that. I just lost my father in January (two months ago), he was only 57. It was a tragic blow for me and my brothers and mother. His death was the final push I needed to do something about quitting smokes, as his 30-year pack-a-day was a major contributor to his death, and his biggest wish was that I and my brothers quit. I've been trying to convert my brothers to vaping, and I think they're coming around.
Anyway, just wnated to say I feel you loss, and I agree, you need to treasure EVERY SINGLE MOMENT with your parents, as they won't be around forever.

This is such a great thread ... what a testament to mom's everywhere. I lost my mom almost two years ago, I'm 55 now and it still felt like I was orphaned when she died. She was such an incredible, special person and I still miss her. We are all so lucky that we have/had moms (and dads) that have been so very important and special in our lives. It breaks my heart when I see what some children live through in their home life and makes me appreciate, all over again, just how incredible my folks were and how very, very important parenting is.

Mom bought my V4L kit. We share the same account (we're just careful about which credit card we pick when ordering:lol:) but we both tend to pick up something for the other with every order.

We lost Linda (Mom's partner and as much a mother to me) 7 years ago last month. Complications from diabetes lead to chronic system failure. Secondary infections (bronchitis) ended up killing her. But I can't help but think she would have been as gung-ho about vaping as I am - Linda never could resists "gadgets". I miss her every day.
