    I ordered several boxes of the Bud Saphires but when they came out with the higher resistence ones I had problems as they leaked and gurgled. I PMed Chris requesting replacements for the 3 boxes of 3.0 Ohm Saphires that I bought that were no good. About a month later he sends me a PM asking me for my current address to ship out replacements. During that month they were working with the manufacturer to fixed the problems with the Saphires. After I sent him my current address he sent out replacements. I expected to get 1 box of the Saphires but he sent me 3 boxes. I consider this to be excellent customer service and want to let everyone else know about this.
