Two weeks ago my journeyman died. After nine or so months of daily reliable service my switch packed in. It was my everyday hard used pv and was brilliant at its job. It has kept me analog free all that time.
I contacted Ryan and explained the situation and he said "No problem,send it back and let me take a look at it" and quoted me a replacement switch (at cost) and the postal charge.
One week after he recieved it a package arrived for me. I eagerly opened the box and saw that he had sent it in a new velour bag..nice touch i thought. I opened the bag and.......was astonished!
Inside was not my journeyman..but a spanking new top of the range pv in my original selection of wood!!
Ryan, i cannot thank you enough....take a bow sir....outstanding!!...simply outstanding!!
