Norman, Ok
congrats on the need to upgrade Danno <3

What will this do to a loaded cart sitting in wait?
If I have to clear my Cache I will lose it all unless stored with log in and safely moved?

Your shopping cart on the GV site is kept in a database file just like the user accounts and items they have for sale... so it should copy over just like the rest of the server info.

Other websites use a cookie on your computer to save the cart info... so it also shouldn't be affected if it were using that method to save cart info.

Thanks redsock--this is what I was also thinking, this info is probably kept as a cookie on each individual computer so nothing should be affected- this should all be pretty seamless : )

With our software though they do keep that info inside the user account....
