GotVapes Sapphire mod

I have been browsing these forums for a long time but never/registered or posted.

There were a few threads about the new GotVapes Sapphire hybrid tank systems and how to mod them. I was going to post this video as a reply but I have not meet the post count yet. So I am posting it here.



Basically I am replacing the wick that comes with the Sapphire with CE-2 wick. Sorry about the crappy quality.

This is way too technical for the newbie forum. Thanks for info, though.

EDIT: It's just that most people in this section are looking to buy their first device, or asking how to fill a cartomizer. Modding a carto with parts of a different carto, is just a bit too involved, and they probably won't know what you're even talking about. It looks like a good modification though.

/Those damn limits drive me nuts too. I still remember trying to hit my first few, so I could post where I prefer.

change your mind, lol the sapphire is the best thing on the market and i dare anyone on ecf to find me something better.

that works better and cost the same.

I am confused, I thought the Saphire was supposed to work "as is".
Why are we seeing a mod already?

i guess some people like to mod, and if you tried one then you would know they work as is, luckily we have a great community here who loves to mod products no matter if they work or not, and i suspect youll see tons of sapphires mods, form cleaning, to adding new wick to prolong the atomizer etc....

they way i see it in the op its not really a mod just maintenance to prolong its lifespan. If they sell replacement wick then you wouldn't have to get it from a ce2... kinda like changing the belts on your car

What's the point in replacing the stock wick with a longer on (besides replacing a crusted over dirty wick)? I tried this yesterday and didn't see any immediate improvements.
