I recently ordered some Visions and Stardusts from them and an eGo cone for clearos. There was a problem with the fit on the cone so I contacted them at which time they promptly without question told me to send it in for an exchange. After placing that order I bought some stainless eGo batteries, but the cone was black. When I told them about the defect I also asked if the replacement could be in stainless. They happily accommodated my request. I have since ordered from them again and will continue.

I have read a few horror stories about customer service, but based on my experience, I am completely satisfied.

Thank you for that, and we want everyone to know, if there is a issue, just contact us, sometimes it can take a day to reply but we will keep getting better at answering more promptly and assisting users.

Just a follow up...I received my replacement today, exactly what I wanted, works and looks great (bigger eGo cone in stainless for Flux/CE2's). I also received a very pleasant surprise, a second regular eGo cone in stainless. I don't use cartos much but when I do my eGo will look sleek and complete. Thank you very much! Already making a wish list for when its time to restock on supplies.
