Of course GoodProphets is great. I hate hassles, so most of my purchases are through them.

Always good prices, even when sales aren't going. Always different items on sale. New stuff ALL THE FLIPPIN' TIME, LOL. Like very soon too.

I absolutely love GP. I buy all my hardware from Rob. I get my order in two days and it's free shipping with a $30 order. I find myself constantly ordering $30 worth of stuff that I don't need because the sale prices are amazing.

GP has always been on my list of places to try and I finally did. I've ordered twice recently. Both orders arrived almost instantaneously.

The prices are very competitive (also known as "some of the lowest prices you'll find anywhere, often the lowest.")

Very good shipping prices.

Other than having my purchases mailed, I haven't needed any customer service (because my orders were problem-free) so I can't comment on that but Rob replies to questions on the forum in a very timely manner.
