Does all granny smith apple come with sour yet? The reason I asked is we had bought some awhile back and it was missing the sour aspect. So I was wondering if it all has it now.

Curious since cinnamon apple has a GS option.
Also because I am trying to decide if I want just a Granny smith apple again from CYO if it is now sour.
Have sours been perfected yet? Geoff did not say.

No. This is still something that needs to be requested. Keep in mind, ours is one of the most customizable liquids in the world. We have base recipes, and we allow our customers to accent those how they want, strong this, subtle that, more PG, more VG, nicotine levels, etc.

So, if you want tart, we believe this is an additive that needs to be requested as some recipes would not call for a tartness unless you call for it, then we'll add it.

Also, the perception of "sour" is varied per customer as well. Keep in mind, there is only so much of this "sour" solution that we CAN use, at the risk of ruining a liquid, so we have to know what those limits are. We can say that we can't make a liquid tart enough to scrunch your face up good. It will be a tartness you can feel in your mouth, throat, lungs, but not like sticking a bunch of those sour kiddy candies in your mouth.

But again, sour is and always be something you'll have to request.
