Hi all,
My second hand Grant arrived today
I thought it had brass end caps , but i was wrong
Can you buy these as a spare part?

Great!! You made the right choice. According to my understanding and what Imeo had stated before, that cannot be done as each GG is handmade and the fit will not match 100%.
But double check with Imeo to be sure.

I can send you one pair for 15 euros shipped my new friend Sgt but there is a posibility not to fit properly. The 20% dont fit, but maybe you are with the lucky ones.
I solve this problem with GGTS but Grant had handmaded threads as emonty said so the posibility not to fit still exists

ok friend, only one question. There are 2 versions of Grant. The one with 16mm hole and the other with 17mm hole. Witch one do you have? You have to meassure first and then I will pm you

I have measured the inside it is 17mm, the Grant i have has " The GG " lasered onto it and the body is 80mm long. Hope this helps

The Atty end cap fits perfect
The bottom end cap just will not fit seems to big, and I dont want to cross thread my GG
I am very happy with the ways it looks with the Atty brass cap

I would be happy for the atty cap and unhappy for the other one Sgt my good friend. But if you are pleased the way that GG looks then I am only happy.
Front cap will be brass to all GGs from now on so you have an updated GG!
And as stormy said, the diference makes the diference here!!!
