Ok, having owned the grant for a few days now, have to give my opinion! Love the device. I think it is fantastic. It is built well, works great at 3.7V. Love the locking button! Few things I think would make the grant better, just my opinion!

1. Front end cap ( atomizer end ) - This could be easier to get on and off. I have put some atomizers on it, didn't think I did it too tight, but played hell unscrewing it to change batteries. With the end cap being so thing and matched in thickness to the body, it becomes slick and can be hard to grip to twist off.

2. Spring - I started out and mainly use 3.7 Volt 14,500 battery that I had lying around while I wait on my order of Cr2 to arrive. So I went ahead a purchased some Cr2's ( disposables ) to try it out at 6 volt. Wow! What a great vape! Only problem is the spring compresses. I think this device should come with spacers for 14,500 batteries STOCK.. so pulling the spring out isn't needed.

All in all, a great product.. nice purchase. I enjoy it very much!

I already solve the cap problem in GGTS. As for the spring, I want to make some changes to it if I make Grant again.

Thanks a lot friend, I am very happy that you are pleased with it.

keep vaping man:thumbs:

I carry a piece of those flat rubber things to remove bottle tops. It is perfect to grip the top to remove it.

Very glad you are pleased with your Grant, it's a lovely small device isn't it?

1. Front end cap ( atomizer end ) - This could be easier to get on and off. I have put some atomizers on it, didn't think I did it too tight, but played hell unscrewing it to change batteries. Yes, this has been a problem for a few people when it's over-tight. I suggest you use Noalox or another conductive anti-seizing compound so that your threads are always nice and smooth.
Imeo has addressed this problem in the new GGTS by making the caps larger and easier to grip. In the Grant, size was very important so this is why you have so little to grab onto to remove the caps.
Stormy's idea of those rubber cap remover thingies is also a good tip.

2. Spring - I started out and mainly use 3.7 Volt 14,500 battery that I had lying around while I wait on my order of Cr2 to arrive. hmmm, definitely a good idea to have spacers or spare springs in your kit when you use different battery combinations regularly, yes. Again, not a problem in the GGTS, but that doesn't help Grant people. :D

All in all, a great product.. nice purchase. I enjoy it very much!
Veeery glad you do. I love my Grant and use both it and the trans daily. (GGTS is too pretty to use at the moment):rolleyes:
