Edit: I was just now thinking about a couple of profs I know who teach in the UC system, which has indeed included ecigs in its banned tobac products in 2013-14. These profs aren't worried a bit about the ban's effect on vaping--for obvious reasons. Way too easy to stealth it, eh? Still, a woefully misguided policy...
