Well I have to say that all the wonderful reviews of Ed and the customer service at Eastmall are true. I was/am having problems with getting an order filled from another vendor (UK home/US warehouse). This frustration led to me looking around at options. The first vendor was "out of stock, back ordered, not complete, didn't notify if something was wrong, didn't ship on time" and it goes on. This is my first e-cig and don't need the hassles right now.
Ordered for Ed today with no problems. After realizing that I had forgotten some batteries, I emailed him to see if they could be added to my current order. Within minutes, they were added and the order was prepared. THIS IS WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR IN A COMPANY. Not run around bull.
