I called TV today and spoke with Geoff's wife (I believe wife, forgive me if I misheard and am incorrect.) I've also spoken to Geoff as well once previously.

Both times both were extremely helpful. I wasted a good amount of her time this evening, roughly 20 minutes, and she was more than willing to answer questions I had, provide explanations, and was not trying to rush me off the phone at all even though I felt I had used up an excessive amount of her time once I noticed how long it had been.

It's rare in my experience to find a relatively small business (employee-wise) willing to devote that much energy to customer service when there aren't many hands available to do both that and the labor as it is and deserves kudos where it exists.

Thank you both; it speaks well of both you and the business.:thumb:
