Great customer service

Like just about all new vapers I was having problems with my new ecig. Fortunately, when I received my starter kit, inside there was a business card with name, number and email address to a real person to contact. I contacted Michelle with Smoke Stik in N.C. via email describing my problems and asking for her assistance. Next day received email back from her with the solution to my problems. It's really nice to know you can actually get a real person on the phone or get an email answered so quickly. If Smoke Stik continues to be this responsive to me I'm sure they will have a loyal customer. :)
