Great customer svc from litecigusa

I just wanted to give a thumbs up to LITECIGUSA for Great Customer Service. I placed an order just before Labor Day weekend, got my order the Tuesday after but had a problem so I called. Shawn called me back within a few hours, apologized and fixed the order. Keep up the good work, it is much appreciated.

I have to +1 this (and I should have shouted out before). I called the Friday before labor day with questions about product and Shawn was straight up about the differences and interoperabilities - even if it lead me to consider something a negative about his one of his own labeled products. I told him I was going to hold off on an order to customize it better for my use and he made a quick change to a combination so I was able to place my order right away. Even offered some advice based on my frustrations with my products to that point. It was a big help. That's service I appreciate.

Litecigusa is my go to hardware supplier. Good prices, great service and carries pretty much anything I am interested in so far. You also can't beat the free shipping on orders over $15. My problem is that I go to order a few things, but before I know it I've found a ton of other things I want. And as long as I'm ordering, I might as well throw in a bunch of juice. Oh, and I might want to stock up on atty's. An extra battery would be nice. An extra charger? Why not. Might as well throw in a few boxes of cart's. Oh yeah I could use some more carto's too. I keep a running shopping cart on their website. I've gotta break that habit.

Lol...I know what u mean. I go there with the intention of spending $15 to get the free shipping and wind up spending $50?
It's still less then I was spending on anologs ;p
