Be very, very careful. Most of the "review" sites you find on Google are merely advertising for companies that want a lot of your money. Read the info here, ask the questions here, as we are users and don't profit.

The site you linked is exactly the type I'm referring to - a pretty list of companies providing very overpriced stuff. Nobody here would recommend any of the stuff listed on that site...

I fully agree with NGIB. I fell for sites like that also before I found ECF, and bought the Blu. BIG mistake!
If you require something that looks like a cigarette, I'd suggest the Volt. It's the best cig look alike I've heard of so far.

Smokeless Image | Only The Best Electronic Cigarette | Starter Kits

You will need atleast 2 batteries, so while one is recharging, you can use the other one.
The manual batteries are much better than automatics, because the batteries will last longer between charges.

If you don't HAVE to have a cig look alike, I'd strongly suggest the KGO.

Elite Vaporworks KGO Starter Kit with Boge LR Cartomizers - KGO

The larger battery will give you ALOT longer use time between charges. Like one battery will last you all day. Plus it's a better built unit and will last longer than the cig look alikes as far as length of time before you have to buy more batteries. An added plus to the KGO is the threading is 510, which is a more popularly used threading, allowing you to have a wider range of things you can put on the battery, like the VIVI Nova, Stardust, tanks etc....

Welcome to ECF!

Oooo... Bad site. Use it to figure out what NOT to buy.

Meanwhile, your best bet it to ask here, and use Youtube for more details.
You have to be careful with Youtube reviews as well.
Some of their reviews are advertisements in disguise, and some of the reviewers are merely incompetent.
The ones that have been mentioned here already are good.
Pbusardo is also a very good, trusted reviewer.

gratz on the find ECF if you want to find out about e-cigs you will be hard pushed to find out anything that hasnt all ready been disected and reviewed on this site and bear in mind most on this site are not attached at the hip to a vendor
also would say a big gratz on the massive decision to try e cigs i was in your position 3-4 weeks ago and i think im one of the lucky ones went from a PAD+ to 1 a day to 0 best thing since sliced bread
the wealth of info on this site might be a little overwhelming but bear with it as will be a great source of info
if you do decide to go the route of e cigs you can just drop a few ciggys a day it all helps there is no reason to give up completly apart from smell, cost, health, etc
but seriously just go with flow only you will know what suits you

i say best of luck to you and welcome to ECF

Welcome to the ECF. I"ll only add to what the others above have stated about the "comparison webistes" I also got sucked into them and spent WAY to much money before I found out it was all hocum.

Another option you have is to ask your questions here! Now bare (pun intended) in mind you are going to get MANY different opinions on the same question. We all have our likes and dislikes. What I hate, 50 people here may love, and what I love 100 people here may love and 10 hate. See my drift? :0).

Good luck with your vapeing journey. Come and hang out and post. We try to help each other out as much as possible!

i agree with everyone that this site has the best and most complete, honest info.

but on a side note when i first started looking at e cigs I checked out a lot of sites and most of them were junk, but 1 website that I found particularly helpful to compare and contrast different brands, there specs, customizations, reviews, etc. is ecigs365
