We ordered our first e-cigs and liquid from GoodProphets. Had questions, called and he answered them. Very quick shipping. Very. Loved the products. We were ready to make a second order after we got our feet wet, but had additional questions before we ordered. Called and left a couple of messages, but no return call. Being the newbies that we are, we found another supplier that was happy to answer our call and our questions. Sorry, GoodProphets. You lost a $215.43 sale. Thanks for the initial order and fast shipping, though!

Wow, that was a pretty rude comment to leave. Rob and Good Prophets have never been anything but fast and courteous to me, and I have ordered numerous times. Any by the way, it looks like you really got a "great" deal from that other supplier. Geesh. I guarantee Rob would have hooked you up with more for less. Too bad you didn't come in and drop him a PM, you could've save yourself some aggravation and money!

Geez,

to my fellow Vaporites, I thought I had stress that day, but kept my cool...for a customer.

Not sure exactly what happened, but I decided that I should keep the post.
I think there might have been a problem on their end with a wrong number or something.

It is nice to see that my bribes to all of you are paying off;;;;;hehe just kidding.

To see my regulars speak their thoughts is greatly loved and the vapor shall spread.
Please if you could do one thing, tomorrow is a whole day, please spread the Vapor and tell one person about your PV. Let them know that they can reduce their risk by switching now. It would be your choice to mention GP, but send them in the way of the ECF and help them out.
This is all I ask for. Help others to help another.
Tomorrow will be a great day for you all, and if you continue to help someone each day, huh, I suppose each day would be great too. Learn to love and learn to spread the love.

I'm also a fan of Rob and his GP service. Rob, the customer who tried calling may not have the wrong number though. I called and left a couple of messages when my niece was ordering and never had a return call. We worked around that...and you were great with the emails. But you might want to check out your phone service.

Sudoku,

Right, you are right.

I am a person, I have a family and I have two other businesses.
The PV business is for helping others with a little bit of compensation.
I do my best to answer calls when possible, and return calls when requested.

The best way to contact would be to email, as I can reply to 30 emails in an hour.
Returning a phone call, sometimes results into phone tag, as MANY have experienced.

I sometimes have this phone ringing at 3am, 4am, and 5am.
What would most if not all do? Right, unplug the f*ing thing or atleast throw it up against the wall* LOL.
SO what would the avg. person do if unable to contact by phone? Right, try different means of contact. Some do, some don't. That would be your decision. So glad that you have used common sense, and put faith in yourself for GP.

But, I will say, to post in GP sub-forum that the OP had great service on the first
order, and didnt try to acheive that for their second order. Funny. I think it makes someone look like an idiot to deal with the unknown verses prior outstanding CS. (Sorry, not trying to label anyone an idiot)

As liscab had posted previously, all things happen for a reason.

I can't imagine someone not trying another means of communication. After all they can get on here and type, they could have PM'd you. I have personally made several calls to Rob and got voice mail 1 time. I sent him an E-mail and got results in a couple of hours. Rob has always been terrific with CS and always goes above what we ordered. IMHO this is the best supplier on here. If I have a problem he is there to help me through it or tell me where I can find the solution. This erks me to no end for someone to leave comments like that about GP. I've ranted enough but this really upsets me. Keep up the good work Rob we all love you here.

lol rob, i wouldn't even call you when my invoice said, print and call. i told you to email me the payment options ;) I can't imagine bothering any supplier by phone! especially with time zone factors. ouCH!

i know you are interested in your customers and make a tiny profit, because of your prices. (don't raise them cause you're affordable and get repeat customers!!)

your service is great. i keep coming back and send all my friends. was just giving the GP lowdown to another friend today :)

Rob has given me his number and had me call him at 1 o'clock in the morning before just to ask questions. To me that is pretty damn good service.Rob has great service and prices.Deal with some of the other companies, not to bash or name anyone but some suppliers are nowhere near Rob's grade.

Sometimes you just can't please someone no matter how hard you try. They are just looking to find a cause to blame another person for everything that goes wrong in their life. They expect things to go wrong and when something does not meet their perfected unatainable standards, they lash out. You may have lost one customer, but gained peace of mind by not having that particular person as a permanent one.

Rob is great and cares about what he is doing to help the cause. Thank you Rob for going through all of the hassle for us. I, for one have been fully satisfied by Rob numerous times.

I have been ordering from one supplier since i started vaping but I noticed a sell you had the other day and ended up with 60ml of juice for a VERY low price, cant wait for them to get here. I know that when im buying my next model im probably going to give you a call. I still cannot get over the price i paid for that juice and from reading the posts from your customers it seems like i might have to switch.

So, because the customer did not go out of their way to convenience YOU, the so-called service provider, by sending an email IN ADDITION TO leaving a voice mail, HE's the idiot.

Do I have that right?

Sorry bud, but you chose to go into a customer-based business. You chose to publish your phone number as a means of contact. "I sometimes have this phone ringing at 3am, 4am, and 5am." Well boo friggin hoo. You chose not to implement auto-answering during non-business hours. Those are your mistakes. The customer's only mistake was assuming you cared enough about your customers to respond to voicemail. To attempt to deflect your own shortcomings as a vendor onto a customer who had an issue with your service, is, frankly, pathetic.

No need to tell me you could care less about this next part as it's quite obvious you only care about those whose money you already have and are willing to server your convenience vs. their own....

I'll not be ordering anything from you - not based on what the OP said, but because of how you responded to it. And that's a shame 'cause I would have liked to have taken advantage of your juice sale - good price! e-Cig vendors are a dime-a-dozen these days, you might want to remember that when you start asking yourself why your good profits (pun intended) are no longer so good.

A mea culpa on your mistake would have served you much better. But, your words are on the 'netz now, can't take 'em back.

Fell free to ignore me though as I only have a few posts here, and, as some of your loyal followers have pointed out, that disqualifies me from being taken seriously and automatically makes my motives suspect.

Nice.
