Just wanted to give props to Jay and Sara at GLV. I ordered a GLV Mini from them and in my hast and excitement, I had forgotten to order batteries with it. I emailed GLV and Sara responded with a quick note saying I would still be able to get them shipped with my original order. In addition she was able to give me a timeline on when the unit should be shipped. I really appreciated that.

A couple days later I wondered over to their site and looked up my account. To my surprise, there were notes to me giving a play by play update of each process the GLV Mini was going through ie: received from machine shop, going to etching, and a shipping timeline update.

I have never had this experience from any company I have ever dealth with before. They have been just awesome at customer service and very very friendly to deal with. Best of luck at GLV with a product that is second to none.
