Anecdotal I know, but I had great news from a pulmonologist last week. I had to get a pulmonary function test for another reason, but I was really interested because of a history of smoking. Just to give some background, I smoked for 14 years (age 14 to 28) about a pack to two packs a day. Then I used snus for 2 years but gave it up due to the nastiness it was doing to my teeth and trashcan. After that I started vaping and have been enjoying it 24x7 for the last two years (16-18mg, about 6ml a day).

Anyways, I did the tests and talked to the pulmonologist. He said that my lung function was outstanding and that there was no evidence that I ever even smoked. It was really excellent news and I hope other people find the same result! :toast:

Awesome!! It is great to hear positive results when at times I get confused with the negative comments about vaping and no data to say if it is safe or harmful and has me second guessing myself!! I know I feel better and don't have that terrible cough in the mornings that I had!! Congrats
