I just wanted everyone to know the Shawn at Litecig has great service. He had shipped me my order and USPS decided to deliver it somewhere else. I contacted Shawn and he took care of the issue promptly. I could not be happier with there performance with my issue. Thanks Shawn, Keep up the good work!!

I also agree. My first 2 orders were with litecigusa and the only reason I have strayed was because of them not having what I wanted to order and seriously needed my fix. As long as litecigusa has what I want/need I will order it from them.

Shawn has answered all e-mails and return all phone calls with great promptness and courtisey. The shipping is top notch, and the product is not only dependable, but in most cases less expensive than others.

I hope litecigusa gets their stock in ASAP because I need to make another HUGE order. Right now there are 5 in my family using e-cigs, and we all chip in and purchase at the same time. All we need is for someone to have everything we need all at once.

I'm patiently waiting for him to restock, as well.

In an email, I asked him when he planned on getting 401s back in, also. He ignored the question. Don't know what that means.

I've had great luck w/ Litecigusa, and I hope to keep doing business with him.

Last I heard, his shipment of m401s was tied up in customs, but this was back in December or early January. I got mine from him, but I bought separate parts instead of the kit. It's a shame more folks don't carry it, Puresmoker does, but I really like the design Litecig had, with the swirly gold smoke on the battery.

I also agree Shaun is excellent to deal with. I don't see him around the forum very much anymore which is too bad.

Anybody notice his cherry liquid is now called "Poppin' Cherry"??

I didn't know you could pop your cherry with e-cigs :confused:

I placed an order today for 10 bottles (100ml) of RY3. I actually prefer RY4, but for $3 a bottle I couldn't pass it up.

I'm a big fan of RY3, and bought 10 bottles myself. I wish he still had some RY2 in stock, I have only 1 bottle left and wont use it. :confused:

Shawn is a good supplier. I did a review of him and his E-pipe months ago.

Funny - I have half a bottle of RY4 I won't use...not sure what I'm waiting for...I've actually been thinking of ordering a few more RY3...that price is great.

Shawn is one of several that seems to get very good reviews for customer support, which is good news.

I just wanted to give my own kudos to Shawn and his service. I ordered a pipe from him and it was shipped immediately. I had a problem with it though, the thing was barely working at all. So I emailed him and shortly thereafter he called me! I didn't get his voice mail until later and by that time I had figured out that even though I charged the first battery for 12 hours it was just a bad battery that didn't take a charge. I put the other battery in and the pipe worked great. I emailed Shawn and told him what I had found was the problem and he said he would ship me out a new battery, which he did.

All in all, I was impressed. I certainly wasn't expecting a call from him or any e-cig vendor, but it just goes to show that Shawn provides great customer service and wants his customers to be happy!
