Just got my first order in.

Shipping was blazing fast, and the product is wonderful.

Got the M401 kit, however now that I have it, I really should have ordered the carrying case with it. Will get that next.

Great communication with a tracking number as well (well...as much as a Canada Post tracking number is worth...lol).

Will be ordering again soon, and recommending to friends!
 
I ordered a M601 starter pack a little before Thanksgiving, this year, paid for expedited shipping, because I was excited to try out this new product. Unfortunately, because the product comes from Canada, there was about a 3 or 4 day delay because of US Customs. I emailed Sean to find out if there was any way to expedite the process, of course there wasn't. He responded almost immediately (within 3 hours of my initial email). Once I received the device (after approximately 10 full days), I charged up the batteries (however, it was not necessary because they came almost fully charged), and began vaping. Unfortunately, the atomizer gave out on my after 48 hours. I emailed again. This time, I received a response within an hour. Sean immediately packed up the replacement atomizer, gave me some information on how I might salvage my bad atomizer (which did not work, unfortunately). I then ordered a second atomizer, manual battery and some pyramid teabag modded carts sold through electronic-cigz.com, and sent back an email asking Sean if he could package the whole thing together. He responded quickly and told me the whole package had been shipped. It took me approximately 10 business days (not 10 full days, because I had not paid for expedited shipping), and I could not track the package's progress, because a tracking number is not included at the base shipping rate (my only objection to e-cigz business model). I am currently vaping like a champ on the 601, and loving it. It has been four days since I received my new items and replacement atty, with no problems or deterioration in quality. Great product, great service, great business!! I highly recommend this company. However, if you live in the USA, I recommend paying the extra couple of bucks for expedited shipping so you can track the items...and don't expect your device to arrive in a hurry. Awesome.

I ordered a BB with a passtrough and some other stuff last week, and I chose to have it expedited by Canada Post express post ( 2 business days), the fast shipping is basically what pushed me into making the decision to get the BB over other hv devices. And...it seems it's not in stock. I had to contact the store since my order status was not visible on the site and i was told that the BB was not in stock.
I would have prefered to know that in advance, before ordering, and before choosing the 2 business days express shipping...
 
Hello everybody i just orderd the m601+pcc pack...with some french vanilla e-liquid...iv been anxiously awaiting it...but everytime i log in to check the order thier is no order status or tracking #...ive orderd it on monday & i know it'll take awhile to get here (even though i paid for express us shipping 3-5) i just wanted to know if i might be experiencing the same problem as chirsvape(customs situation not the atty thing) since i live in the in the states? i think i just cant wait to get it since its my first pv...lol...i really wanted to try it out this friday in vegas since im heading up to nevada to partayyy:cool:...lol...but i guess ill just wait & see if it gets here by sunday when i come back if not i think i might email sean.. should i just wait it out?

So it turns out my item was out of stock....but thier was nothing stating that it was..& thier still is no disclaimer saying the item is out of stock ...so if anybody is getting the 601 pcc kit...beware!!! it took about four days of waiting & an email from me to sean to find out what was going on....or else i think i would still be waiting with out knowing what the **** is going with my order... sean told me they'r recieving a shipment this week....so now im bummed about waiting for them to come in & for it to get shipped... i even dished out extra $ to get it express us mail 3-5 days...urghhhh...now its looking like two more weeks till i get my order...just bummed...this is supposed to be my first pv...i looked around for a good product & retailer...read some good stuff about e-cigz... & now i feel like i got the short end of the stick...bummer...:confused: :(

So me & Sean have been emailing each other about this issue & in conclusion he decided to throw in an extra battery & atomizor to my kit after me asking for some form of compensation which is very generous & kind of him...which makes me extremely happy since it compensates the extra money i dished out to get my order delivered promptly....in all fairness my ORDER FROM DOES SAY THE ITEM ARE IN STOCK...if i new how to post it here i would..to show I'm not lying..im not trying to be prude...its just that i ordered from here after reading about the great service & product quality & sean definitely lives up to everything that is said about him & his company...i would order from here again...i think this is a one time mishap...and once again I'm bummed i cant have my pv yet cuz I'm just ... tired of analogs but cant seem to quite smoking...lol..just another guy looking for an alternative & hope this is it...;)
