I ordered a M601 starter pack a little before Thanksgiving, this year, paid for expedited shipping, because I was excited to try out this new product. Unfortunately, because the product comes from Canada, there was about a 3 or 4 day delay because of US Customs. I emailed Sean to find out if there was any way to expedite the process, of course there wasn't. He responded almost immediately (within 3 hours of my initial email). Once I received the device (after approximately 10 full days), I charged up the batteries (however, it was not necessary because they came almost fully charged), and began vaping. Unfortunately, the atomizer gave out on my after 48 hours. I emailed again. This time, I received a response within an hour. Sean immediately packed up the replacement atomizer, gave me some information on how I might salvage my bad atomizer (which did not work, unfortunately). I then ordered a second atomizer, manual battery and some pyramid teabag modded carts sold through electronic-cigz.com, and sent back an email asking Sean if he could package the whole thing together. He responded quickly and told me the whole package had been shipped. It took me approximately 10 business days (not 10 full days, because I had not paid for expedited shipping), and I could not track the package's progress, because a tracking number is not included at the base shipping rate (my only objection to e-cigz business model). I am currently vaping like a champ on the 601, and loving it. It has been four days since I received my new items and replacement atty, with no problems or deterioration in quality. Great product, great service, great business!! I highly recommend this company. However, if you live in the USA, I recommend paying the extra couple of bucks for expedited shipping so you can track the items...and don't expect your device to arrive in a hurry. Awesome.
