I mentioned this in another post in the New Members forum, but thought it worth repeating here:
I ordered a KR808D-1 starter kit from here and got it within a couple of days. Was vaping away happily within minutes, while charging the 2nd battery. Come to find out that 2nd battery didn't work at all--wouldn't take a charge and wouldn't fire the atomizer at all.
I sent an email and got a quick response from Taras that this sometimes happens and that they were sending out a replacement battery immediately along with a pre-paid envelope to send the old one back.
Have to commend Taras and Electronic Ash for this great customer service...my trust was definitely well-placed in ordering from you.
