"Customer" service

First a little intro given that this is my first post...

Name is Russell, hail from So. Cal, and as a smoker of 20+ years I was looking for an alternative to "analogs", but something that had to address the "habit" (hands, etc) part of the addiction. Been lurking the forums for some time now, as I don't like to spend money unwisely, and thanks to a lot of great info from all of you I decided to use Electronic Ash for my first purchase; 901 setup along with all the goodies...

So.... my first order with Electronic Ash was shipped the very next day, and I had everything in hand 3 days later. Taras had noticed that I ordered a 50ml (non dropper) bottle, and being a first time sale she included a dropper bottle and other misc items for free. That is a personal touch, make no mistake, and something you rarely see nowadays. Not only that, but an email was sent to me explaining what I was getting and what things I might be missing. Even discussion of my home town hockey team. I was impressed to say the least...

Second order with them for the 901 Ultimate kit (what a deal) went the same way. Ordered, next day shipped, got it 2 days later; that is some FAST shipping. And btw, the chocolate is great; not much of a hit but GREAT vapor and flavor from it.

Anyways, I don't do this sort of thing often, but I just wanted to give "kudos" to a business that truly provides "customer" service, and goes the little extra distance for you. Nice to see that there are still businesses that understand the importance of the customer.

Wanted to "second" the three ideas I highlighted in the above post, as I completely agree. I went to the trouble of signing up for membership just so that I could express how satisfied I was with me first order from Electronic Ash.

I ordered an extra DSE901 battery, a USB pass-through for the 901 and a 30 ml bottle of Holy Smoke - Chocolate e-liquid. I placed the order on a Thursday afternoon and received everything on the following Monday.

Additionally, there was no shipping charge (I had met the minimum required order amount) and I got e-mail updates (via PayPal) regarding the tracking status of my shipping.

Everything arrived in perfect working order. I'd also like to recommend the Holy Smoke - Chocolate e-liquid as being adequately chocolate-y! :D

If you're a first-time customer who is new to vaping in general, and are wondering which supplier(s) might be 'the best', I would recommend Electronic Ash as a reputable supplier. They have reasonable prices, incredibly fast delivery, and reliable merchandise (based on the few items I've purchased so far). I'm happy to report that I've no comment RE: customer service, as I've not needed it! :D

I decided to switch to EA from my original vendor based on reviews posted here. Based on this first transaction, I'm a believer. :thumbs:

My buddy Sevens told me that Taras' RY4 was very good. She lied...it's been my absolute favorite since I got it. It's not just good, it's perfect! (At least in MHO). Great service and shipping. There is nothing NOT to like about Electronic Ash!

EDIT - well, she didn't REALLY lie...she just didn't want me ordering it all up. Hehehehe.
