I recently bought a 901 kit from www.greatecigdeals.com and one of the batteries was DOA. I have tried to contact them via email and via their website (they don't list a phone number) and have heard nothing back. Has anyone dealt with them before or had any luck if they recieved a bad part from them in getting a replacement?

Imagine this, only until my bank reversed the charges did GreatEcigDeals.com contact me. Now we can call this a coincidence but i think not. They are asking me to send back the DOA battery which is understandable but at this point i would think they should offer a store credit for the shipping charges as well as shipping me a good battery. We will see.

So the store credit that was offered for my troubles (troubles include an almost worthless 901 set for more than 2 weeks only having one battery, the paperwork i had to go through with my bank to get the charge reversed just so that GreatEcigDeals would contact me) was 5 measley cartridges which i don't even use (gone to dripping with an LR510 on an EGO LOVE IT!!!). THey will not take the unit back (due to their return policy) so i have asked for an exchange in the equivalent dollar amount of the original 901 kit for all e-liquids. Does this sound unreasonable? At the very least i have asked for 2 5ml bottles of eliquid for my troubles. They don't carry LR attys or drip tips.
