Just popping in because i couldnt find this section the other day.



heres the invoice , still no contact , no email reply , no atty , and the order on the website two weeks later says "pending" , even though the money was taken out of my bank account THAT SECOND that the the order went through.


biggest ripoff to date , stay away.
(also to the mods i have a post somewhere saying the same thing , you can delete it now that i found the proper section , sorry)

yeah i have about 10 emails in , and havent heard anything back. looked on the site today , and the chrome atty isnt even an item anymore , so i sent another email saying to just send me a different 901 atty or refund my money.


guess you get what you pay for. really wish there was a company that only charged the $1.32 it costs to ship an atomizer...

when i google map this address it goes to what looks like condos , so thats definately not a warehouse.

the address you gave me shows "jim salus real estate marketing" ...


looks like a total scam setup to me . no warehouse , no buisiness having anything to do with ecigs. nothing. looks like a basic internet fraud site.


stay away.

ok then. one phone call cleared the mess up. i thank you soooooo much for thinking of whois'ing the domain .


i called charles (chuck) , and told him what happend , and he informed me that he handles the website , and his partner is responsible for the shipping. what he thinks happened is the order "fell through the cracks" , which happens to me constantly , not just ecig stuff , life in general.

very nice guy , said he sees my order , and hes got a couple where he is at , so hes going to send me an extra one for my trouble. let him know i sent some emails to him , and maybe they need to work on whatever is wrong with that , and he said hes going to fix whatever the problem is.


im happy they fixed the problem , and i hope they decide to put a phone number up for customer service , but thanks to ecig forums and smocha specifically , i am satisfied with the end result.


im going to have to give them a modified grade of b+ for handling this himself , and promising to take care of it, but they still get that little negative for letting a customer slip through the cracks...

yeah im waiting for a final review of them when/if they do end up getting here , but he seemed pretty perturbed that it was something that wasnt taken care of.


it just goes to show you . if you want something done right...



...hire a mexican...
