let's call V4L KR808D-1 which is also (in a different style) SmokelessImage, Bloogplanet, Halocigs G6, and all of the 3rd party KR808D-1 cartomizer blanks. And Greensmoke is KR808D-2 aka E9
I do not know if the batteries are the same polarity. The only adapters I know of are meant for using D1 battery with D2 cartos, and one of using D2 battery with D1 cartos, and one for using 510 battery with D2 cartos (those are at leCig.com). IF the batteries are the same polarity then the adapter might work in a charger cable, but if they are not the you will fry/melt the battery and it will be dangerous.
The two models should be near identical in power. Most people use and recommend manual batteries. If GS does not offer manuals then that would be one difference. Manual batteries make it easier to get a good hit with less work. Manuals are safer from being damaged or killed by juice leaks.
The V4L manuals still have a hole in the threaded end - it looks blocked inside though, and they have a custom 10 second cutoff which means you can take a drag up to 10 seconds long, Their button is normal size. V4L batteries are unregulated 3.7v - up to 4.2 off the charger and then a plateau of 3.7v and a drop off at the end (why I recommend the standard aka 78mm size for 120mm cig). V4L is basically the originally manufacturer current gold button style but with a custom 10 second cutoff.
The other 3 brands are the newer KR808D-1 threaded models - they may all have a rubberized finish. They are 3.6v regulated. Their manuals are totally sealed on the threaded end have a very small partially recessed button. They have the same sizes of battery as V4L but each size has 40mah more charge because of the voltage regulation. The downside the the 5 second cutoff. With manuals you like to press the button in 1-2 seconds before starting your drag so good vapor is ready when you start dragging. But with these, if you do a 2 second early press that only leaves 3 seconds for dragging. That isn't much of a problem for me - their cartos put out a good amount of vapor easily.
I use both styles, all manuals.
Re cartos -
The V4L WOW cartos are hot - I started using a plastic or delrin drip tip as a mouthpiece mainly so I could keep my lips on these long enough to get a drag! Now I do that on my main cartos of any type (wider stream of vapor, easy to remove to check/add liquid). These cartos give great hit but sometimes not big drags. the stuffing is wrapped pretty tight in V4L cartos. The Coolcarts are not as hot, not quite as much hit.
The Bloogplanet/SI cartos have bottom coils and are wrapped less tightly. The vapor is cooler due to the bottom coil and they may be a bit higher ohms than the WOW cartos. BUT they give a bigger easier drag. So I like these too and recommend you try both. Since their stuffing is looser, they may be able to work well with slightly thicker juices than I use. I use thin juices only.
Juices - I use PG w/ 20% or less VG (often 10% or less) and some WOW juices from V4L which are also nice thin juices. I avoid all juices that leave flavoring sediment int eh carto stuffing (clogs the carto, ruins the drag, shortens the carto's life). I can get about 7 days use out of a KR808D-1 carto.
Re flavors - they have so many sample packs at V4L! There were some flavors I hated (overdone) but I love WOW Vanilla (not in any sample pack - sweet cotton candy-like), and WOWbacco (a cocoa tobacco with very little tobacco at all, and WOWboy is the same with a bit of mint added). WOW Sour Cherry has some fans. WOW 555 is overdone but interesting. Be sure to try the WOW Tobacco Shop sampler (has 3 of the juices I just mentioned). I've only used the blank cartos from SI and Bloog.
