I received a shipment of newer carts this week and they are a vast improvement. My "menthol ice" carts are smooth, long lasting and deliver the throat hit I had missed. I haven't tried Green Smoke's
limited variety of other flavors but if the improved menthol taste is any indication, it's a spike in overall product quality.
