My finace and I started with Green Smoke. That lasted about a week and then we ordered Rivas and sent the GS back for a refund. They're extremely overpriced D9 POS batteries and the carts were awful! Do yourself a favor and save your money. buy a KR808D-1 kit if you smoke less than a pack per day. If you smoke a pack per day or more then consider getting either a Riva or an eGo.
As i said in post below, i am 95% sure GS uses a Kanger Kr808d-2. The battery is also for that model. The E9 is a model by e-cigdotcom with the same thread pattern, not sure which is the original but probably the E9 since e-cigdotcom has been around for a while. The only problem with those batteries is that they are a fairly old model (whatever old is in this industry). The D2 carts from Kanger actually work about as well as the D1 carts as they are basically the same just threaded for the other model batt. There are a couple of suppliers that offer a E9/kr808s-2 to 510 adapter if unable to return them, at least that would allow them to be used till they croak. I have never personally used a GS but i have taken a look at them in one of the Malls in South FL while shopping there and i am almost positive they are the E9/KR808d-2 model.

GS - my first kit :-( way too overpriced, and a bi%$h to find cartos for. Also had 4 DEAD of their prefilled cartos from an earlier order. Left my charger while doing studio work in Orlando last week, and REFUSE to pay $35 for a new. Was able to loosely fit batts into an D-1 charger and it worked. Not a bad unit, just OVERPRICED!!

KR808D-1 is the one with normal-price marketplace support - blank cartomizer styles (stuffing type and reservoir), adapters, long-charge fat-battery models, etc.

Dormouse - Thanks for the great info! You were spot on about the AZ site. Actually can get the entire D-2 kit for the exact same price that GS wants for just a charger alone! Cartos have an excellent price also! Thank you so much!
The big con is obviously the pricetag. The base unit will perform about as well as a $15-$30 with the KR808-d1 threads, maybe not as well in the battery department. You'll be able to find PCC (Personal Charging cases), which will facilitate like 5 recharges away from power. You can get E9/808-d2 kits if you like (LeCig example only).
If I was going 808-Dx, I'd go D1 because you have the option for the PCC, and the PigCig battery. The starter kit from the same company comes with a case (non-PCC) for $60, but I'm sure there are better deals. Still, 1/2 the price and more options for accessories. And if you must have green smoke cartridges, well, get an adapter and be happy.
I use my $15 D1 for fruit flavors, an eGo style for tobacco.
