So I'm brand spanking new to this vaping thing, but I gotta say I'm really enjoying it already! I have a couple friends who have been mentioning e-cigs here and there and I thought it was worth checking out. So being the compulsive freak that I am I ordered a starter kit online, which I'm hoping isnt going to be a big mistake, but so far most of the posts I've read indicate it probably will be. I ordered an SS Choice No.7 Micro(?) and some carts and juice to go with it, if anyones had good experiences with this particular brand/model please help ease my fears over wasting money on this. I'm also really impatient so I bought an xhale02 from the local 7-11 and have been vaping that for 2 days now, while I wait for my order to get here. I have smoked over a pack a day and chewed a can every 1-2 days for almost 20 years, but for the past 2 days the only nicotine I've been getting is through my PV, and it's great! No more stink, no more spit cans, best part yet I've been HACKING up tar and lung dung, and I know it aint going back in there the next time I light up! So anyhow just wanted to drop my first post and check things out around here, later!

I'm new myself and haven't tried the no. 7 but from all the reading I've done here, I think you might be unsatisfied with the battery life. Any of the smaller/micro devices seem to suffer from that problem, constant need for battery charging. Some models have a PCC (Personal Charging Case) to help overcome that issue. You might check if there is one available for the No. 7. Basically it's a small case that holds a charge itself and allows you to put the dead batteries in to it to charge them back up while on the go. I personally decided on a Joye Ego because I didn't want to have to swap and charge batteries so often.

I started with the 510 but quickly got frustrated within a couple of weeks with the constant changing of batteries. It is well worth it in the long run to get the ego as the battery life is awesome, A battery lasts me a full day and my sister has one as well lasts her almost two, depends on how much you vape. Yes it is compatible with all the 510 attys and carts. Good luck and remember one less analog smoked is better for you!

Hello, King! I have to agree with everyone else who said "get an eGo!" (They really are good for your ego...lol!) They're fantastic and I love mine! I can go almost a whole day before I need to recharge the battery and it gives me clouds of vapor! You might want to check out MadVapes if you want to buy one. Their price and service are awesome!

First starting out is always the worst so much stuff to get, alot of different stuff you'll want to try and not one place stocks everything you'll want. Eventually it'll start costing you less then smoking would :)

Hello Kingcrabs. Welcome to the wonderful world of vaping. I am actually spending less on vaping than I did on smoking. A lot less. $360 a month on cigs versus about $45 on vaping. That's after the initial investment on the hardware of course. And I way over-spent on that.

I figure I'm at least $350 to the good after almost 3 months. So, there is your defense against getting murdered, LOL. And its definitely a lot cheaper than chemotherapy.

It's way more fun than chemotherapy, too! Trust me on this one.
