Below is our return address to send back items that have failed before their warranty expiry date.
Shipping both ways, for DOA items will be covered by Greenhouse One as long as we are contacted within 48 hours after the customer receives their package.

3. Email hello@greenhouseone.com to notify us that we have a package coming our way, include your tracking number if you have one.
4. Once we receive your package, we`ll have a new one sent to you.
