Greensmoke almost ruined my vaping world.

Whats up guys. Brand new to the ECF. First off, I can't Triforce so don't request me to do it. Anyways, I just wanted to tell all of you how I almost got smoldered into only buying GreenSmoke e-cigs and accessories. The good thing about GreenSmoke is that they did keep me off analog cigarrettes for awhile but new to the e-cig world, I knew no better so I thought, "This is it, this is my e-cig addiction forever." Then one day, a good buddy of mine shows me this 6-in metal tube with a tip at the end. He looks at me and says, "Don't let these big name e-cig companies ruin your nictotine addiction. At least enjoy and choose the flavors you want to vape!" That's when he showed me madvapes.com and Great Lakes Vape and many more websites. My eyes for blown wide open! I couldn't believe that this underground world existed. And I'm still learning more. My thought process when I first quit was Greensmoke will supply me....always. I was dead wrong. Now when I meet people who are brand new to the e-cig community I open the doors for them. I let them know that they don't have to condense themselves to get supplied by one company. Now I own 2 roughstack V2's, many different cardo's, and flavors. The vaping world is 200,000x better than buying cigarrettes.

I'm happy that your vaping needs seems to be in check, I can still help though

The correct method of triforcing requires use of non-breaking space characters:

Windows: [alt-255] [alt-255] [alt-30] [enter] [alt 30] [alt 255] [alt 30]
Mac: [option-space] + [option-space] + [option-J] + [enter] + [option-J] + [option-space] + [option-J]
Linux : [Ctrl+Shift+U + a0] [Ctrl+Shift+U + a0] [Ctrl+Shift+U + 25b2] [Enter] [Ctrl+Shift+U + 25b2] [Ctrl+Shift+U + a0] [Ctrl+Shift+U + 25b2]

Are you guys modding anything right now? If not, what are both vaping with? I've got a translucent green shorty roughstack V2 with a 510 extension for my XL Clearomizers from Madvapes.com. And I mix and match juices. Also, can you point me in the right direction for more flavor ideas! Don't get me wrong, I love Madvapes juices but I'd like to try alot more.

Shwetty, I have not built a mod yet but I do have some ideas which I think would be good. Maybe if I could get time I could get going with that. You need to check out the mod'ders area on the forum here if thats what you're interested in. There are some really smart peoples over there and I just look in awe at some of the stuff they put together.

I am currently using a GLV2 but have also seen some reviews of the roughstack and that seems like an awesome PV as well. The more you hang out here the more you will realize that like everything else, people have there favorites and like what they have, nothing wrong with that.

I kind of get the sense that you will become a DIY juice person. I have just started getting into that and could recommend some things not to try :) I'm still learning, lurking on the DIY forum getting ideas. But yes, I throw stuff I bought together all the time. Generally liking a tobacco flavor with a fruity note.

I love how people are talking about how to triforce here on ECF. Hilarious.

I was in the same boat as you bub. Started with an nJoy kit from Chevron, realized vaping actually worked for me, & thought, "Ah, so now nJoy will get my money instead of Philip Morris! At least it's healthier!" It wasn't until I tried to find a cheaper option for nJoy refills that I found ECF. The rest is awesome vaping history.

As far as juices, just buy a lot of small bottle samplers from various places (search the forums, as everyone has some favorites, like BWB, KVB, Mrs. T's, Tasty Vapor, etc.) so you can find what you like before ordering a large bottle. Don't want to get stuck with 30ml of something that tastes like socks. And even then, ECF'ers are very active with regards to juice trades, so check the classies and PIF group for swapping & trading juices you end up not liking.

I started out with GreenSmoke too. Bought the accessories and was reasonably happy with it, thought they have great customer service... then an online acquaintance suggested ECF to me and opened up a whole new world to me. Needless to say, the GS stuff is collecting dust.

I decided to go with a ProVape1. Easy to use and I'm very happy with it. Got a Liquinator tank for it and I can't believe how convenient it is. I never would have even known about or explored the mods that can be done or had for these things, LOL. ECF has been wonderful in allowing me to explore what's out there and all the latest news. I'm a relatively new vaper- but it wasn't long after I got my ProVape that I started to DIY my own juices and I've never looked back to the GreenSmoke days. Besides, having this stainless steel tube thing is quite cool compared to some fake cigarette looking thingee, LOL.

I was so disillusioned with greensmoke I went back to cigarettes. dumb automatic batteries were bad, overcharging and ruining batteries and having to return a few was terrible but the combo-carts with the cheap wadding was almost as expensive as smoking and not as fulfilling as my current choice (TW Tornado Tank). I am using JC smoke juices at the moment and pretty happy with the 24mg. I keep going back to the JC Original/French Vanilla mix.
I had to post to agree with the O.P.
Check your options prior to wasting your money on greedsmoke by paying more to get less!
Vape well my friend
