I'm not familiar with Green Smoke, but my personal opinion is the prices are very high. The most popular e-cigs on this forum seem to be the 901 & 510. There are many others you can get at a good price.

There are dozens of suppliers on this forum. Links are in the Forum Jump dropdown at the bottom of the page. I suggest you look some over, and see what you might like. Then we can take it from there.

Cheers;

I have a greensmoke. First, the e-cig itself: it's light weight compared to my SmokeStik. The vapor is fairly nice, though there isn't much throat hit (not really a big deal for me). The cartridges last much longer than the SmokeStik but I haven't been too successful in refilling them so for me I have to question whether or not the extra expense of the cartomizers are worth it.

Second, the company: fast service, not just on the initial order but also on processing a request for return (I had one battery go bad already, but from this forum I guess that isn't unusual; one of first SmokeStiks did too).

Third, overvall cost: nope, I can't say their price is justified. I ordered a RedDragon battery as a third one for my Greensmoke setup because it is basically the same thing and much cheaper. (I didn't order their cartridges tho' as Greensmokes are cheaper -- I love GM's high menthol.)

If money isn't an issue, give them a try...you have 30 days to return it. For me, I just ordered a 501 this weekend to see if it will the quest for the perfect e-cig for me. (OK, the rest of you can stop laughing now...I know there is no one perfect one YET.)

I haven't used their battery, but I've tried cartomizers from Red dragon, Bloog, e-cig.com, greensmoke, and I have an order coming from Smoke 51 right now. So far Greensmoke are FAR AND AWAY the best cartridges. all the rest seem to be resales of e-cig.com (for twice the price) except Bloog, whose carts seem cheap and don't last very long.

As far as batteries go, $50 for one battery is really steep, especially since it looks just like the e-cig.com battery that runs for $15. I got my first kit from Bloog and I have to say, all batteries are NOT the same. The Bloog battery doesn't have the longest life, but the air holes in the threading allow you to adjust the smoke density to suit your preference (assuming, ironically, that you're not using the Bloog cartriges). Also, the Bloog battery doesn't have that ridiculous 3 second cut off time (closer to 5-7 seconds).

In short (HA!), it doesn't seem to me that one company has a complete solution just yet, but that it's a mix-and-match situation.

$50 for a battery and no throat hit. WOW, how does a company like this get people to buy their product? What was that famous line by W. C. Fields?????
