I just wanted to describe my experience with Greensmoke.
I ordered from them about 30 days ago as I wanted to try one of the products with the disposable atomizer/cartridge combos. I had ordered from another company before but received a product that did not work , so I really don't have experience with e-cigs.
I felt their price was somewhat high compared to a lot of companies but sometimes I guess you get what you pay for.
I received the product within 3 days. It came nicely packaged in a boxed kit. This included a charger and 2 batteries with instructions and 5 atomizer cartridges. I also ordered a 5 pack of various flavors to try.
I felt it was a good quality product. It gave tons of smoke. I did not really pay close attention to how long the batterie lasted on a charge other than I charged it daily and did not run out of batteries each day, smoking as much as I wanted, which I know is not a very definitive assessment.
I really liked the coffee flavor but my two daughters also tried it and they preferred the vanilla and menthol.
I decide after two weeks that I really wanted to try to quit smoking altogether, (I have not smoked for a week now with the help of nicotine patches).
I then called the company to get a RAN # to put on the package for return and mailed it back on 10-22-09. It was very easy to reach their customer service and they were very nice and helpful.
I called them after 3 days, which was how long the post office said it would take to arrive, and while I was kept on hold, they contacted their shipping and receiving dept and located the package. I was asked why I was returning it, and told them it was "just not for me but worked fine". They said they would make a partial refund. I received an E-mail the same day indicating that they would refund $111.82 of my $145.10 original charges. This was as I expected as they do indicate that shipping and handling as well as used cartridges are not refundable in their warrenty on their web site. I did return the used cartridges as they do recycle them. The refund showed up 3 business days later on my debit card, which is pretty normal in my experience.
All in all I felt the product was good and the service and warrenty was excellent. I just wanted to let others know as I know I was very interested in this type of information before I made my purchase.
