GREETINGS!! I just would like to say thanks for providing a great, wide range of information to us about ecigs! I'm excited to join a great group of vapors and learn more. I have been lurking around this forum and found a lot of useful information. I have a MVP V2 on the way which is going to be my first ever vaping device. THANKS FOR HAVING ME!

welcome. how do you like your mvp v2? and what tanks do you use. i run a vamo v3 with protank3's. i lurked here as well for a few months before joining and have learned more in the last 24hrs than i have in months of bugging my local supplier.

I am not sure if this is a question for me, but I like the MVP V2. Mine came with two iClear 16's (I think). I haven't use those tanks yet. And the MVP is on loan to a friend so they can see if vaping is for them.

I do the Mini Protank 2's exclusively right now. I am sure they are not the best, but I can keep them going (and going and going). And I got a bunch of them.

And I got 2 of the Vamo V5's. They are pretty nice for $32 each. I like the rechargeable battery idea versus charging a complete unit. If my tube breaks, I got a backup tube and my batteries are still good. If my battery fails, I got extra.

When I had the MVP, I used it and a Vamo and they were both good.

I am not sure where I go next, but I think I am good to go for a long time. Unless of course if someone suggests a new shiny farkle that I have to have.

Hi Dbest. Glad you joined us. You are in good company because there are a number of us who lurked here before joining. When your MVP V2 arrives, I hope your vaping journey really takes off and you have a blast.

When I first joined, some experience folks here had some great suggestions that I will pass on. Be sure to stay hydrated. Lots of water. Also, get backups for all of your gear and backups for your backups. Don't want a dead battery or other equipment failure give me an excuse to go back to analogs.

It was also suggested that the joy is in the search...especially for the right juice(s) that will make my vaping experience the best it can be. Try some sample packs. I was encouraged to keep an open mind with regard to flavors because there was a good chance my tastes would change because.......I no longer smoke !!! There are some awesome flavors and I would have missed them if I had kept with the mindset that I would only vape juice flavors that were either menthol or tobacco flavored. Today I still enjoy a menthol mix, but also like Raspberry (which I am vaping as I type), Peach, Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, Kiwi, Mango and others.

Keep the vape and namaste.

You say the MVP is your first ever. Have you tried any other vape gear before now?

Not to sound like I'm discouraging you or anything, just curious.

Yes, I have tried the Chi You (nimbus atty) and Genny (forgot what atty)! Just these 2. The Chi You is a friends which just got into vaping and hopes to make that transition from stoggies. The Genny is my brother who has been vaping for awhile who also made that switch! Both are great and live to my expectations but like I said I have yet to find out the best. Oh btw, I quit cigs about 7 months ago. :p

I'll be using the iclear30 that'll come with it. I know I'll be using a lot more attys with this so I'll keep ya posted!

OH and THANKS a bunch for the welcoming! I'm definitely here to stay.. at least for the time being! With that said... I can't wait for my MVP to come in. It should be here early next week. Excited for sure! I'm also in to making my own liquids and read up a bunch on different techniques on how to create a solid juice. I'm mainly trying to get that great satisfying flavor + a little niq (just a little :p).

I here ya man... I'll definitely have some back ups soon. Maybe some mech mods.

As for juices.. I have some juices coming and some VG and PG liquid for some DIY. I'll feel like a chemist is the lab for the next few weeks. :)
