Hi All, first post here at ECF, though I've been reading the forums for some time.
Thanks for providing such an excellent source of information for those new to the sport.
I've been vaping for about 4 months and have completely eradicated my 20 a day analog habit. I have been using a range of cheap super-mini's with somewhat varied results and have found a few I've been quite happy with. I have recently taken delivery of my first "grown-up" e-cig in the form of a 510 and I'm not sure what to think. Obviously the battery life is improved over the super-minis and the vapor production is greater than anything else I've tried in terms of volume and density, however, I'm finding that when using the same e-juice I'm getting less flavour and throat hit with the 510. The vapor seems cooler and I'm wondering if that might have something to do with it. I've tried direct dripping (as I have always done with the mini's) as well as filling the carts (which are a much better design with less leakage and one of the reasons I decided to try the 510) but I just can't seem to get the same satisfaction.
Apologies for the long first post, but is there anything I should try to improve the 510 experience?
Are lower resistance attys or cartomizers the way to go to heat things up and get some more flavour?
