Quick hi to everyone as I am new to vaping and loving it and also will have to travel through Dubai, what is the latest laws to transiting there with a mod or just juice with nicotine and ay personal recent experiences?

Hi and welcome! Can't help you out specific to your problem, but there have been other queries like yours. Hopefully someone with experience traveling to Dubai will be by, but try the search function in this site as it very well may have already been answered.

The german ministry of foreign affairs advises not to take ecigarettes to dubai.
However, some users of a german forum didn't seem to have any problems with openly getting their devices into the country or using them (vapes are also sold in some shops), it seems that law isn't particularly well enforced.
This could change at any time though.

Happy travels as well. Seems the situation is a bit unclear. This might be an time to make sure whatever you bring with you isn't expensive/your favorite, in case something happens. I might chance it with a couple small, inexpensive setups and just enough juice to last your stay there.

I would pay special attention to customs. Could also try to talk to the local Dubai embassy if represented where you are now.
