So I had a chance to visit E-cig City today. It's a pretty nice shop! Very clean with lots of display cases...

I actually found a youtube vid (not mine) on this store if you wanna check it out:

Quick visit to E-Cig City in Laguna Beach, CA! - YouTube

E-cig City definitely has a wide variety of pv's on display... egos, lavatubes, vmods, and more... They even had Provaris in stock! I really wish Vapure (Mission Valley) had as many pv's to choose from, but they simply do not.

From my experience, customer service is a lot better at Vapure. Everyone that I have encountered at Vapure is very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and just willing to help... more than any customer can expect. At E-cig city, the one girl that helped me basically rushed me... she seemed impatient was very short with me... and there was only one other person in the store with me at the time. I don't know if she was just having a bad day or what, but it certainly left a bad first impression...

The only way I would probably go back to E-Cig City, was if I wanted to get a new pv and really wanted to "physically" see what I was going to get... otherwise, it's Vapure or online shopping for me... just my 2 cents

too bad about your experience at ecig city, john. where's the next closest vape store?

i tried calling liberty flights again, once yesterday and twice today. still getting no answer. my guess is that they don't have a storefront. or they don't own phones. i'll try again but i'm not holding my breath.

Thanks bro... Yeah, kinda sucked, but oh well... I was looking for a nice tank for you, but everything they had was pretty standard... I didn't even get anything there...

Not sure where the next closest vape store is... i was hoping liberty flights would have a store, but it sounds like they don't...

I've been to E-Cig City a couple of times, and I think the person helping you was the daughter.

If whatever I am about to say is wrong, or disputable, then I hope someone will correct me...
But I think the daughter does not vape, and is not really interested.

If you go when the owner is there, you may have a very different experience.

Hopefully you're right DC2... like I said, maybe she was just having a bad day... If I'm ever in that area again, I would still stop by to check out what they have... From what I've read, the store gets great reviews...

all right peeps... just got off the phone with liberty flights. as of now there is no store front, but the gentleman on the phone told me that they were presently in the process of opening up to the public. "hopefully by the end of the month," was his estimation.

Cool, thanks for checking it out bro
