Greetings from a new Vaper!

Hey ... I'm Trish. New to the world of vaping, and quite happy about it too! I've been a smoker for 20 years, and after a bit of research decided to try vaping. I wasn't intentionally trying to quit analogs, but it looks like that's the way it will go. Since receiving my two starter kits a few days ago, I've only smoked .... hmm ... perhaps 3-4 tar and flames?

I ordered the ProSmoke and the TW Tornado. Both offer plumes of vapor, and both offer a satisfactory throat hit.

I like the slender design and lightweight feel of the ProSmoke, and the LED tip is a plus. Also, I absolutely love their vanilla e-juice. Unfortunately they don't offer many different flavors - and I do not like their tobacco flavor at all. The only other downside so far seems to be battery life.

The Tornado ... well my fiance stole that from me right away and I won't have that back until his own starter kit comes in. (lol) I love the manual battery, and their tobacco flavor is tasty enough at least to start off. Surely it is a better unit, and most likely I will end up favoring it.

I ordered some supplies and juice from a few different places, and I'm looking around the forum for recommendations, ideas, and others to give a shout out to.

I mostly do DIY juice these days, but when I do order I get them from either Gourmet Vapor or VaporBomb. I also drip about 95% of the time and use cartos when I can't drip. I've been using the 510 and Mega 808 cartos from IkenVape.

Don't throw out any juice that you don't like. It's amazing how your taste buds change with time. I have some juice that I thought tasted like dirt 4 wks ago, now its tasty

Welcome aboard Trish! That's how it started with me too, just tried it out of curiosity and in a matter of weeks wasn't smoking anymore.

Doh... that bum! Yup, the bigger battery units are a real feature for a lot of us former pac-a-day (+) smokers. I'm not at all familiar with the ProSmoke, but the Tornado (more commonly known as an eGo) is a big hit around here.

Sounds like you're off to a grand start!

I'll definitely hold onto all I have on me right now. Who knows, maybe my taste buds will change like LadyWeeps noticed. Hmm. I hope so, because that's what I have the most of!

I'm trying to order enough of what I will need for a while. It is kind of expensive to start. Hoping to get to that place where I'm saving money within the next couple months or so.

I keep sayin the same thin but every week I like something different and stock up on that, I gave up trying to save money. Good luck

I like Tastyvapor.us juice, been ordering from them for 5 of the 6 months i have been vaping. Tried other vendors and none of them come close to the amount of flavor i get from TV juice, and its economical too but they dont do samples
