Hi guys

Smoking Marlboro lights/Lucky Strike Lights for the past 25 years off and on. Tried patches, gums (briefly), Champix (if anyones familiar), now ecigs.

So far only champix has significant impact on me, except it pretty much mess up my mind. Stress/mood swings etc.

Having tried the older ecigs few years ago (the cheap ones), i gave it up after being fed up with the bat kept dying out. Recently i saw a friend vaping with a big ... PV, that caught my attention.

Went and bought 1 a week ago, hasnt stop puffin since then.

My analog consumption has drop to around 1 a day. Thank God for that.

Been googling around about the side effects of ecigs, so far so good, nothing to be concerned about. Im all in support for ecig, but im on a mission to find all the risks involved with it, for me personally. Hoping to vape for the long haul.

Oh yeah, i own the itaste vv (the small tank, small bat) and joytech with aerotank dual coil. Sorry with the improper terminology of the gears :D Cheers

Congrats and Welcome to ECF! The biggest side effect is that it can cause a bit of dehydration. Drink plenty of water and you wont even notice it :)

I havent felt dehydrated, prolly cause ive always been drinking lots of water prior to vaping. But i have been feeling jiterish, increase in heart rate on the first day. Dont know if its from withdrawal of analogs, or too much nic from vaping, or too much sugar or what.

And then i noticed ive been sorta hyper. Thus the reason thinking its from the sugar.

Im using ejuice (medium-red botol), and set my vapor at 6.0 watt, 3.0 volt. Not more than 7 watt.

Im pretty much chain vaping.
Been lurking around this forum for a few days tryin to look for infos on those topics :D

Congrats and welcome to ECF! I found it amazing how easy it was to quit after 40 years of being a slave to them. I haven't had any side effects but have had a couple friends that did. If you do, ask on here and try to get more info on how to deal with it. They just quit vaping and went back to analogs.
