Hey guys and gals,

Months ago, I started with an njoy starter kit I purchased from 7-11. I had never smoked analogs before, it just seemed like a trendy interesting waste of 20 bucks. Turns out I don't like classic tobacco flavor, so it goes.

Recently, my girlfriend and I purchased blu starter kits, and went to town. I only found this forum when I started becoming interested in refilling cartridges. I gave away the old njoy and now carry my blu with me somewhat exclusively while I look for a better solution. For all the crap people talk about the product, it's enjoyable, and a conversation starter. I purchased a VPUR today to toy around with for seventeen dollars at a gas station. It seems to carry the same threading as the Blu, which I guess is referred to as 510 in the industry. Is that correct?

Also, today, I purchased some PG fluid at a local shop in Casselberry, the Purple Ringer, and have been toying with trying to refill the Blu cartomizers. I've gotten some decent ideas so far, and hope to be a long-standing member of the community.

I can't say I pass up analogs entirely. I work at a local cigar lounge, and my soul is deeply embedded in the cigar culture. To clarify, we are not a headshop, and I have not told the owner I dabble in e-cigarettes. He would not understand. We are a classic cigar lounge. There is nothing electronic or digital about the experience of smoking a good cigar. It's entirely analog, like listening to a nice warm tube amp or a couple 45's. Something magical about the experience, but whatever, I'll stop now.

I really love the e-cigarette concept. Since I dabble in electronics and circuitry, it's really interesting to delve into the intense modding some people do. Again, I hope to be a long-standing member of the community.

Anyone in Orlando want to sit down over a good cigar, let me know. The door is always open.

Sitting in my Serta office chair and smoking my VPUR right now. Pre-filled menthol cartridge.

I'm still staring at these empty carts trying to devise a way of safely clearing them out for my newly purchased PG fluid. Any hints? I've already lurked the forums a bit, and found some advice. Everything seems to take 24-48 hours minimum, though.

And on that note, I'll probably never invest in cigar juice. I'm not convinced that there's a product on the market that could match the experience of smoking a fine Davidoff no. 3 Anniversario, or a Garcia y Garcia My Father. That's alright though, as of now, I feel like I can enjoy both worlds exclusively.

Perhaps trendy wasn't the best word.

Interesting. I'll admit I was more fascinated by the device than the actual smoking experience at first. But it's become a pleasurable alternative to sitting down for ninety minutes to smoke a cigar. I'd probably still take the cigar, but when you only have a few minutes to kill, vaping is king.

Also, I recently used my blu in an airport. Cop walked up to me:

"Sir, you can't smoke in here."
"Respectfully, it's only water vapor."
I proceeded to demonstrate.
"Alright. Carry on..."

Felt like a boss.

Well at least he didn't proceed to arrest you! Gotta watch some officers these days. We just had a fellow here wind up in the hospital when the police attempted to arrest him because a neighbor called and reported a domestic violence situation. Two gentlemen of the same family were horsing around and a girlfriend accidently got hit. The guy didn't believe he was being arrested and the police didn't want to listen even with the whole family backing up the story.
