I figured I better make my first of 5 an introduction ;)

I'm a 35 year old Brit living in Seoul, and I've been a smoker since I was 16. I once quit for about a year using Zyban (Wellbutrin), but I guess I just love nicotine.

I'm attracted to the idea of vaping because it seems I get the best of both worlds. Constant nic and improved health!

I made my decision to switch about 10 hours after hearing of the benefits of e-cigs. I googled, and landed here. I spent a full day researching like crazy (80% done on this site) and placed my order that night!

I'm awaiting delivery of a couple of eGo-W units (I got one for the wife) before I can officially launch. Once we figure out which strength juice works for us, we're going to order a ton and start out proper. I guess we will have to buy massively overpriced Korean juice to bridge a gap, but at least it's available in stores near us. $35 for 20ml is a little steep though. Thankfully, cheap chinese importers don't mind smudging the odd customs form ;)

I'm looking forward to good times ahead!

Good call.

Oh welcome on board as well.

A lot of people use Ego's. Started there myself.

The trick is to start to find what strength juice works for you. Once you have that just finding flavours you like. But that for me was the clincher accepting that this could replace cigs and comfortably.

As you no doubt will have seen there is plenty of help here so any questions just ask. There will be questions lol

Everyone who replies will have has been there and each found what works for them.

Ohhhh have fun. It really is fun been having a blast.

Welcome to ECF! What brings a Brit to Seoul? I assume career? The wealth of information on this site can sometimes be daunting, but the people are very helpful.

I first came for a year out from my career back home. I fancied travelling, and thought I'd teach English for a year and see how it goes.

I ended up marrying a local and never went back. Once I got permanent residency, I decided to start my own business, and I've been busy with that for the past few years.

e-cigs have really taken off here recently, but the government taxes the hell out of them. They've also banned online sales, as a lot of teenagers were getting into it. We're probably going to have a look at mixing our own juices if we can get the nic cheap enough... I may even look into starting something up here to supply the expats, as I can do it legally ;)
