Buongiorno, IlTrovo! Come stai? Piacere di incontrarla. And that about exhausts my Italian. I use to know more but not using it makes it go away. I spent a couple weeks in Florence visiting my girlfriend one year. She was there studying art. Wow! What a city. I hope to go back to Italy one day. Every now and then I pull out my Italian CD's and try to refresh my memory but it is so hard when you don't know anyone who speaks it.

I think I knew that at one point. Italian is so much easier than English I give you mad props for learning it. Italian at least makes sense once you learn the rules. English is just all over the place.
Congratulations & welcome to ecf. You have a great sense of humor, and your english is much better than my italian. I am taking italian lessons now. I will be in Venice at the end of July, If you need ant great Am. juices, I will bring you some!

Yeah Jaandlu, but there are many rules and many imperfect cases. Italian is my first language, so i don't know, but many people say that is a pain to learn. Anyway, i think that languages is matter of feeling and sensibility. Never take one english lesson in my life and at school i was studing french. All my english comes from the internet

Aww c'mon!!! What's confusing about English? Look at the follow sentence.
If right is wrong, then left must be right because that's the only thing that's left when right is wrong.
It's perfectly clear and you can't do that in any other language I know of.
