In the last week I have lost vapemail to the Great Mail Thief, put one mod/tank down somewhere and can't find it and this morning put my setup in my pocket for a few minutes and my glass tank broke in my pocket. I am now wearing black to mourn all my vape loss. Lol
Luckily I had backups but now I'm down to one mod without passthrough. So if it dies on me I'm screwed. Any suggestions for a new mod? I only vape at about 10 watts but I like longer battery life. I lost my istick 40 watts. I liked it so I am thinking about just getting another of those. It just didn't last me all day without needing to be charged. I am looking at this:
SmokTech X-Pro M50 V2 (65W) I like that it has a replaceable 18650 battery and I don't need a separate charger. Anyone know anything about these? I am just weary about shipping. This place is 5 miles from my house. I am going to call them to see if I can do local pickup. They said before they were thinking about starting that.
Anyways what do you all think?

Internal battery mods kinda suck in a way cause the batteries wear out and the whole mod has to be tossed into the trash. Its well worth buying a charger and using a hitter that uses replaceable batteries so the batts wear out, just replace the batts and not the entire mod.
My wife went through 2 Istick50's, using one while the other charging every day for just under a year before the batts wore out and now they sit useless mods.

Because with the plating I would see arcing (blue sparks) when putting that bottom cover on the mod. I thought it was dead - wouldn't fire.

Read a forum post about the chrome around the holes causing the problem, filed the chrome that touches the mod body, the side you don't see, and it still works now 2 years later.

That's not very confidence inspiring for a new mod.

Yup, the Pico is a good deal. It's affordable, lets you swap batteries, and is very pocket friendly. Only downside is no tank greater than 23 mm. So if you have any 25 mm tanks you want to use hey won't fit.

I have the istick 40 too it's a great little mod. I also have the istick power and the battery on thing never wants to die and I run it at 50 watts currently. I've heard too that Pico's are great but for a 75 w external battery mod I chose the wismec rx75, it's fire button is cool, it has a door that goes over your controls and you actually feel like you are holding something in your hand.

Hopefully your vape days will get brighter.
