My issue seems to be quite common these days with tanks like the Griffin be it the Griffin itself of even something like the obs crius plus.... Basically RTAs on general for me.

I just acquired a Griffin 25 mini and while I love it's different type of deck I am frustrated with its leaking.

The leaking seems to happen with all my tanks when i come to use it.... My method is blow then suck.... Which at the moment of blowing into the tank is when the airflow spits out the ejuice.

This happens with all three tanks I have. Griffin 25, mini, crius plus.

My wicking is pretty much what I have learned to do over the last year of vaping and my cotton is organic pads...

Getting rather frustrated and resorting to the limitless or even the theorem which are rdtas and those don't leak because they are genny style.

Is there a way to get around this issue of when I blow then such to vape to stop the leaking?

(God I hate the vaping terminology it's so dirty with words like such and blow LOL)

Why do you blow into the drip tip before taking a puff? I just draw on the drip tip. I would only blow into the drip tip if the coil was flooded and I needed to clear it. I do not have a Griffin, but I do have a Crius Plus, and that as well as all my other RTAs don't leak as long as I wick them properly.

stuck in a squishy pod called my brain
I cut down 90% of my leaking switching to a 3.0 coil size from 2.5. it also allows me to split my rayon 'rope' right in half instead of tearing off just a tad. (upside is I also got a nicer vape :)

I have an avocado and corolla to test out eventually. I don't think my topbox atty's can take a 3.0,, but I will try them too eventually.

A few things to check
upon the initial cleaning you should check to make sure all o rings are in place and look well seated, if they don't seat well, now would be the time to change them.
Too much or two little cotton will not be rewarded until you find that in between, I like to leave a little cross cut where one end is just slightly longer.
Make sure the juice Chanel ring is on and in position
Purging or "blow then suck" as you call it, is really not that necessary for every draw unless your doing a cloud comp or have massive coils
