Grommets for Atomizer Coil Heads

Hi Guys,

I have been vaping and Selling for a while now and recently bought a number of Clearomizers that are very similar to the Justfog MAXI Clearomizer. The Clearomizers are of excellent quality however they were assembled with the incorrect Atomizer Coil Heads, in fact they are completely wrong for this Clearomizer. The Atomizer Coils are very similar to the CE5 Coils. Problems below:

1. The O-Ring Seal allthough correct in size is made of soft silicone, it does not seal correctly and it disperses too quickly unlike a rubber seal leaving a gap instead of mounting flush with the base. This in turn causes stress on the Drip tank assembly causing damage to the Seal on Top of the Atomizer Coil and dismemberment of the Rings around the Drip tank. Just Terrible.

2. The base of the isolation Grommet on the bottom of the Atomizer Coil Head where the connection pin is is too thick (about 1.2mm) and this should be about 0.8mm. The problem with this is that once the Coil Head is screwed in and mounted flush with the Base this Grommet will push the connection Pin inside the Base Pipe outwards causing the Battery no longer to properly screw in and fit correctly. This places alot of strain on the connection pin inside the Battery.

I have been trying to explain this to the supplier but to no avail.

I need to repair these Atomizer Coils and sell the Clearomizers. I've managed to source the correct Seals for this Coil Head but where can I find a suitable Grommet supplier? I cannot attach any pictures but if there is anyone kind enough to assist then I will E-Mail pictures of the required Grommet and Dimensions of it.

I will sincerely appreciate assistance regarding the above.

I can't help with your problem, but maybe you can steer me in the right direction with mine. I have Mini-Nova Clearomizers and I want to learn how to replace the coil. I have one given to me by my local store that is no good because of seal issues. I have taken the coil and vaporizer apart but cannot seem to get anything from it. I have seen you-tube videos for cartimizers but nothing on this form of wicked coils. If need be I can probably go to the big store in city, but I would prefer to piece it together on my own with tutorials.

From what I think you are talking about it sounds like you would have to re coil them if its the part I'm thinking your are replacing. At that point its probably best to write them off and move on. Also the clearos you mentioned I have never heard of, I tend to stick with genuine vision and kanger to save headaches.

Sorry, after work, sleep, and working even more I finally came back to the forum lol. I have found out how to rewrap my coil for the my Mini-Nova clearomizer, and all I need to do is practice after getting wire and wicking material. I'm hoping to get a mini-Kanger II soon. I hear they are far superior to the first model.
